Sidewalk Sale to Benefit Residents of The Living Center
The public is invited to bargain-hunt at the Third Annual Living Center at The Highlands at Pittsford Sidewalk Sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, May 14.
Organized by the staff of the University of Rochester-affiliated retirement community, all proceeds from the sale will benefit residents of The Living Center, a skilled nursing facility within The Highlands at Pittsford. A portion of the proceeds will support The Living Centerâs Creative Care Neighborhood, an innovative approach to caring for residents with dementia.
The one-day sale features furniture, lamps, dishes, glassware and other household items. Vendor displays will include PartyLite, Designer Inspired Purses, Longaberger and In Style Fashions. Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express will be accepted as payment for purchases.
The Highlands at Pittsford is located at 100 Hahnemann Trail, at the Intersection of Route 31 and Mitchell Road in Pittsford. For information, please call (585) 389-0988, ext. 280.
