Peanut Butter Choco Chip Energy Balls
These energy balls have a touch of sweetness and come loaded with nutrients as well as fiber, thanks to the oats, flax seeds and chia seeds. Studies show eating a diet high in fiber may reduce your risk of some cancers. This treat is super easy and perfect to make ahead as a snack to enjoy throughout the week or to share with a friend!
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor until they are combined and broken down into small pieces.
- Form into small balls. Refrigerate before indulging!
